Exchange / Refund Policy
If you changed your mind about a certain product and wanted to change it for other product within 3 Days from the purchase date, it is permissible for ONE time only.
*If requested change after 3 days , difference amount or refund will store as credit, & after 21 days will forfeited.
We require a 48-hour notice for any changes to your sales order prior to delivery. Or else will be reschedule for a new delivery date.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL; thus, refund is unacceptable as agreed during the purchase.
PRE-ORDER Goods are not exchangeable & refundable.
AS-IS / CLEARANCE Items have no warranties and cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason. Please check display condition before purchase.
The process of getting a refund is within 7 working days from the issued date.
MTS USED GOODS reserve the right for final decision.
BEFORE DELIVERY
Goods received in defective or damage must be notified within 24 hours from date of delivery, otherwise are not refundable or exchangeable.
INSPECT upon delivery, if there’s defect, take a picture or video.
*We will not replace a product that is misuse, broken, missing parts, defects caused by you – mistreated, failure to use in accordance instructions, using it in an abnormal way or failure to take reasonable care.
Installed & delivered goods will charge a 20% service fees from the purchase amount if customer request change due to reason you’ve changed you’re mind because of wrong selection, size, model, specification, or other personal reason by customer.
*Within 3 Days, We reserve the right to refuse returns items that are not in as condition due to damage or misuse by the customer. *If returned items need to be picked up from your location, you will be charged a transport fees.
